I honestly cannot recommend Paul and Toom enough! 🤍 If you are having a wedding and planning to do it in Phuket, don’t even look for other planners, there won’t be anything better than them😁♥️ From the very first conversation until the last moment of our wedding day, they made everything perfect. Planning a wedding from another country can be stressful, but with them I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Their communication was always quick, kind, and reassuring, and I knew I could trust them completely. Every single detail exceeded my expectations. The ceremony setup was absolutely breathtaking, the scenery was magical, and the flowers were some of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. Everything looked elegant, romantic, and exactly like a dream come true. A special thank you to the incredible makeup and hairstylist as well. She did an absolutely amazing job! It was honestly one of the best makeups I’ve ever had, and my hair stayed beautiful throughout the ceremony. I felt so confident and beautiful on one of the most important days of my life. What impressed me the most was how perfectly everything was organized. The timeline, the decorations, the coordination—everything flowed so smoothly that I was able to simply enjoy every second with my husband without any stress. That is such a priceless gift on your wedding day. Paul and Toom are not only exceptional wedding planners but also genuinely wonderful people. You can see that they put their whole heart in their job and that’s what makes it special and outstanding. Meeting them was such a pleasure, and I am so grateful that I chose them to create our special day. Looking back at our wedding photos and videos, I couldn’t have imagined it being any more perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the wedding Paul and Toom created for us in Phuket. Everything was accounted for and their years of experience and knowledge of the area prevented any potential mishaps from happening. Communicating over email and whatsapp from Australia was seamless and all questions/nagging thoughts were addressed. They developed a plan that answered all our needs and fit within our original budget but were also very accommodating with changes and adjustments as needed. The in person meeting the day before really solidified the feeling that we were in the best hands possible. Andrew found a kindred spirit in Paul and by the time our ceremony was happening it felt like we were truly surrounded by dear friends and family and that was very special. We didn’t have strict colours in mind but rather a vibe of bright and happy. Toom ran with this and went above and beyond to answer the brief perfectly. She took great joy in showing me the details of her work once the ceremonies were complete and her enthusiasm and passion for what she does is infectious. I honestly thought the venue had double booked when I first arrived because I was so blown away by the colours and thought there was no way our wedding could look so good.

11.11.25 was our wedding date and it rained all morning until Toom and her team arrived. Paul and Toom are the sweetest and made our wedding day very special. The process was very seamless and we didn’t have to worry about anything because they knew what they were doing and the imagination Toom has is incredible. She surprised us with a flower tower (sorry Paul!! Hahaha) after we exceeded our budget and the villa looked stunning. Her team was very respectful and swift setting and packing up. Toom was very hands on in guiding us through our traditional Thai ceremony and water blessing. The flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous I had to take them to Phi Phi islands for more pictures!! The make up crew had us slaying on our special day our moms didn’t take their make up off at the end of the day 🤣 Khun Daeng the photographer did an amazing job and was very flexible. We had planned to go to the beach for our sunset ring exchange but the rings got locked in the safe and wouldn’t open without a key!! Shortly before our host came to unlock the safe the sun was already going down and we knew we wouldn’t have an enough time so we held the ring ceremony at our villa and it worked out perfectly.
