A short message — your dates, an approximate guest count, and the ceremony shape you have in mind. We read every enquiry personally; nothing is routed to a sales team.

If you have family from different ends of the world then Phuket is an ideal location for your small intimate beach wedding ceremony . As well as the wedding plans and wedding day itself, Phuket offers many other activities that can make the wedding vacation both memorable and fulfilling for all the families.
The film above is Marc and Lilian Herridge's Layan Beach wedding — a ceremony that brought family together from South Africa, China and Thailand. The full story is on our Real Wedding page for Marc & Lilian.
Phuket suits couples whose families arrive from different ends of the world. A small, intimate beach wedding ceremony sits inside a wider holiday: the wedding day itself, and the days on either side of it, become a shared vacation for everyone who has travelled to be there.
We have been planning beach weddings on Phuket and in Phang Nga for more than a decade. The style we return to again and again is quiet and elegant — a bare-foot ceremony on the sand, a small aisle framed by tropical flowers, a celebrant who speaks in the couple's own voice, and enough coordination behind the scenes that no one has to think about logistics on the day.
Because guest numbers, budgets and travel plans vary widely, our beach wedding packages are designed to be adapted rather than fixed. Every ceremony is tailored to the couple's colours, flowers, music and vows.
The planning process is deliberately simple. Once you have chosen a package and confirmed the date, we exchange a short series of emails to agree on the design of the ceremony — colours, floral style, aisle setup, arrival and any personal touches. This is usually enough for us to build the day; you can then turn your attention back to your families and to planning the rest of your Phuket holiday.
A month before the wedding, we return with the final details: your vows, the ceremony music, hotel pickup times, guest transport and any last decisions on flowers or styling.
On the wedding day itself we collect you and your guests from your hotel in private air-conditioned minivans, take care of every arrangement on the beach, and return everyone to the hotel — or on to a private dinner venue — once the celebration is complete.
Beach ceremonies in Phuket almost always begin at around 5pm. This is when the sun is low enough to soften the light, the sand has cooled and the beach itself is at its quietest. The ceremony takes roughly thirty to forty minutes, followed by informal photographs on the shoreline as the sun sets. Guests are usually back at their hotel — or arriving at their reception venue — by about 7:30pm.
For couples who want to continue the evening privately, we can arrange a small dinner at a beachfront restaurant, a villa reception, or an intimate table for two.
Not every beach in Phuket is suited to a wedding. Some public beaches are too busy, too exposed, or restricted for private events. Others are quiet and beautifully framed but need extra planning for supplier access and guest movement. Our beach venues page sets out the beaches we return to most often and why — Layan, Hua Beach, Mai Khao and a handful of others each have their own character, their own tide behaviour, and their own suitable months of the year.
If you are travelling with only your immediate family, or on your own as a couple, a full beach wedding may be more than you need. In that case a Phuket beach elopement gives you the same setting with a shorter, quieter ceremony designed around two people.
A beach wedding ceremony with Unique Phuket is fully coordinated. That usually includes: ceremony design, floral styling, an English-speaking celebrant, a professional photographer, an aisle and beach setup with signing table, ceremony music, guest transport and full on-the-day coordination by our own team.
Optional extras — hair and make-up, videography, a small reception dinner, a private boat, a Thai monk blessing the following morning — are added as you decide you want them, and are always quoted openly. For a fuller sense of budget see our wedding pricing overview.
The film above is one of many beach ceremonies we have planned on Layan and at other locations around Phuket and Phang Nga. Our wedding films library and real weddings archive show a wider range of styles, guest numbers and settings — a useful reference as you decide what your own day should feel like.
When you are ready to talk it through, start a conversation with Paul and Supparin — we will listen first, then suggest the shape of a beach wedding that fits your group, your season and your budget.
If a date, a ceremony shape, a venue or the paperwork is not yet clear, please start with a conversation rather than a formal brief. Paul and Supparin reply personally, in plain language, and will tell you what we honestly think before anything else.
A wedding on Phuket is a small number of decisions made carefully, not a long checklist completed in a hurry. This page is our quiet brief on how we work with couples — so you can decide whether the rhythm suits you before any commitment is asked of either side.
A short message — your dates, an approximate guest count, and the ceremony shape you have in mind. We read every enquiry personally; nothing is routed to a sales team.
Usually within one Phuket working day. The reply is a considered note, not a brochure — what is achievable on your date, where it should sit on the island, and the two or three concrete next steps.
Many couples prefer a short video call before committing. It is the fastest way to test whether we are the right fit, and to talk through venue, season and the practical brief.
When the brief is clear we issue a written quote — every supplier named, every line itemised, every assumption stated. You can change any line before you sign.
Paul leads the planning conversation, writes the quote, officiates the ceremony, and is the on-the-day point of contact for the couple. Supparin (Toom) leads the in-house floral and styling work, runs the installation, and is the on-the-day point of contact for the venue and the suppliers.
Communication is by email and short calls — calm, responsive, and in English. We do not work to a sales script and we will not pressure a date. Couples who choose to plan with us almost always do so after a considered conversation, not on a first reply.
Planning here is unhurried by design. The wedding is one day; the months before it are a relationship.
Most couples we plan with live in another country and arrive in Phuket close to the wedding date. Fifteen years of doing this means the rhythm is unhurried for you — we site-visit on your behalf, share photographs and short films, hold calls at sensible hours, and carry the local logistics so you do not have to.
Where a site visit is possible, it is welcome but never required. Couples who arrive only a few days before the wedding are met, briefed in person, and walked through the day before we run it.
Twelve months is comfortable for a villa or resort wedding. Six months is enough for an elopement or a beach ceremony. Shorter is sometimes possible — please ask before assuming it is not.
No. Elopements and small beach ceremonies are a meaningful part of what we do. The two of you on a quiet beach is taken as seriously as eighty guests at a villa.
Yes. Paul officiates the ceremonies, Supparin leads the floral and styling install, and one of them is the on-the-day point of contact. The wedding is not handed off.
No. We recommend venues and suppliers we know personally and will tell you honestly where they suit you and where they do not. If you arrive with a venue in mind, we will plan around it.
